Vegan Menu In connection with International Vegan Day, we invite you to two evenings where the plant kingdom takes center stage. For these dates, we are creating a fully vegan menu paired with vegan beverages.
The drinks follow the same philosophy: green notes, fermented expressions, and small artisanal touches that highlight the elegance and playfulness of plant based cuisine.
These evenings are meant to feel like a gentle pause, a moment where flavour, care, and sustainability meet, and where International Vegan Day becomes a reason to celebrate all things green.
Reserve - 4 and 5 november – Winemakers Dinner
Winemakers Dinner We invite you to two evenings where the wine landscape of Skåne takes center stage. During our Winemakers Dinner, you will meet winemakers from Bjäre and Kullaberg — two of the region’s most exciting terroirs.
Together, we follow the local wines through a menu created specifically for these nights. Each dish is shaped after the glass, not the other way around. Alongside the winemakers, we explore the soil, the grapes, and the craft behind each vintage, letting the food become a gentle extension of their expression.
Reserve - 31 december – New Year’s Eve
New Year’s Eve New Year’s Eve with us becomes an evening where champagne meets ingredients touched by winter’s quiet glow. We let the bubbles dance alongside small servings of luxurious ingredients from sea, forest, and nearby farms — all in a calm rhythm that leaves room for conversation.
Across fifteen courses, we let the final hours of the year fade out gently. The price for the evening, including food and beverages, is 5995 SEK per person.

From farm to farm.
Stay overnight at Vallens Säteri, enjoy dinner at Allium, travel with Raaf & Co, and wake up to breakfast at the estate the following morning.
Vallens Säteri in Våxtorp dates back to the 14th century and is situated along the historic route between Rössjöholm in Skåne and Laholm in Halland.
Raaf & Co will take care of the journey between the two estates. Check in at Vallens Säteri, get picked up for dinner, and be driven back to your room when the evening is over. No one has to be the designated driver.
