Allium – A New Restaurant Taking Shape
At the farm Rosenhult, surrounded by forest and orchards, we- André and Titti Qvarnström, are creating a new restaurant. Here, in a rural and peaceful setting framed by fruit trees, fields, and traces of the farm’s long history, good ingredients are not an idea, they are right outside the door.
Allium is the result of a long-held vision we share: to build a restaurant where good food, local produce, and genuine hospitality come together in a place that feels authentic and grounded. With respect for the land and close relationships with producers, we let the seasons and the landscape shape the experience.
For us, Allium is more than a project. It is a continuation of our life in gastronomy, shaped by experience, driven by curiosity, and rooted in the landscape we have chosen to call home.
Our food and beverage philosophy is built on curiosity and craftsmanship. Familiar flavors are given new expressions, always with a clear connection to the region. Together, the kitchen and dining room create a warm, vibrant, and memorable experience where tradition and innovation meet, and every visit offers something to discover.
The restaurant is still in the making, with an opening planned for June 2026.
